In collaboration with our framework partner practice RG+P, we bid to redevelop this city centre site. The councils new Passivhaus standard swimming pool meant The Pyramids became redundant. The Guinness Partnership Trust took the opportunity to obtain the site which is beside two
of their existing residential buildings in order to replace the pool with a new residential offer. The project is made possible through the council’s investment in the Exeter plan.
