This contractor led development saw us designing new build homes in the centre of Bodmin in Cornwall and providing a commercial space on the ground floor. This project also created an internal courtyard for hospitality businesses. The new build homes consisted of 18 residential apartments on the upper two storeys. The project required consideration of Bodmin’s historic character as well as its flood defences where one of the town’s culverts passes beside the development site.
