These waterfront apartments were built over the existing river wall which follows the line of the earlier warehouse buildings. Behind the wall is car parking for the flats over.
Every flat has a south facing river view with a balcony and a north facing street entrance. The slope of the site was used to create domestic scale properties on the Egloshayle Road Elevation.
This was the first in a number of riverside developments for Trebur Estates.
