These new build homes in Cornwall are waterfront apartments built over the existing river wall. The project follows the line of the earlier warehouse buildings. Behind the wall is car parking for the flats over.
Every flat has a south facing river view with a balcony and a north facing street entrance. The slope of the site was used to create domestic scale properties on the Egloshayle Road Elevation.
This was the first in a number of new build riverside developments for Trebur Estates.
